Use this page to contact Monemo support, report bugs, or ask questions about notes, todos, habits, widgets, iCloud sync, and purchases.

When reporting an issue

Include the app version, iPadOS version, and what you were doing before the issue happened.
For handwriting or OCR issues, include whether the text came from handwriting, image import, or typed content.
For purchase issues, include the product name and the approximate purchase time, but do not send payment card details.
