For V1, the fastest way to report issues is through the in-app feedback entry. You can also use this page as the App Store support URL.
When reporting an issue
- Include the app version, iPadOS version, and what you were doing before the issue happened.
- For OCR issues, include whether the text came from handwriting, image import, or typed content.
- For purchase issues, include the product name and the approximate purchase time, but do not send payment card details.
